Workplace Bullying in Relation to Teacher’s Performance at the University Level

Teachers' performance in universities is considered to have a strong impact on student's learning, and they also play an important role educational achievement because the teacher ultimately responsible for putting policies ideas into practice during interactions with students.The study was conducted investigatethe practices, levels, factors of teaching that are affected by workplace bullying conditions. A questionnaire tool used collect data about study. Data were obtained from 665 University teachers students BS Master level Southern Punjab Pakistan using multistage sampling technique.The proposed objectives evaluated SPSS. The Frequencies, percentages, mean score, standard deviation, independent sample t-test Correlations applied.The findings indicated gossip rumors spread, reminders faults, ignoring faculty members officials' duties practiced at high universities. Thirty-three percent perceived severe levelsof bullying. decreased when situations increased bullying-free helped teach deal their colleagues better ways.The crucial since student views teacher's Pakistani institutions lacking. There has been relatively little done students' perceptions as result This practical implications higher education practitioners it offers information levels occurrences university teachers' performance.
